Next Aqua Surf Swap is Oct 10

Oh boy another Aqua Surf Swap!
lots o' folks have been asking for a Swap in the Fall to get ready for our season- so here it is!
Say goodbye to Summer and Hello to Surf (fingers crossed-go away fog!)
Saturday October 10th from 11 to 5:30pm
This is a perfect chance to get the supplies you need for the upcoming season. Buy, sell and/or barter used surf equipment like outgrown wetsuits and underused shredsticks. Check the vendor booths for BIG deals while listening to live music and enjoying food/drink.

Note- Used Vendors- there is no cost! Just gather up your used surf/skate stuff, grab a blanket or some kind of ground covering to set your goods upon. Set up in the field (see map) and you have from 11 to 5:30 sell and trade away!

Aqua and Wavefest bring you Summer Surf Movie in da Lot- Thursday July 30th
Catch the premier of da NeW Drive Thru Australia, showing on da back wall of our Sloat Shop. You heard me right, we are going to drag the projector out, and bar-b-que hotdogs for you till it gets just dark enough to start the film. BYOB, blankets, beers, sodas, chairs etc, we'll be bar b que'ng from 8 till 9 and the Drive Thru will start at 9pm,

Back again for the 9th installment in the Drive Thru Series. Regulars Donavon Frankenreiter , Benji Weatherley and Pat O'Connell are joined by big wave rider Shane Dorian, three time world champion Andy Irons and Australia's own Mark Occhilupo. Spend two crazy weeks driving, surfing and traveling thru some of Australia's most incredible coastlines. From kangaroos to sky diving, shark scares to golfing the Drive Thru Australia is packed with hilarious hijinks and incredible surfing. The crew also scored a few sessions with local guides Parko, Taj and Dean.

Producer Greg Browning says, "As far as the surfing is concerned its hands down the best so far on any Drive Thru. It was an amazing crew of surfers and the perfect country to go to."

More Surf Swap Info

Surf Swap Information-
The Surf Swap is an event we hold once a year in the back parking lot of our Sloat location. It is a swap market type of event where you are invited to participate by bringing all your old surf and skate equipment and selling and trading with others. There is no cost for you to participate in the swap, so it is a great way to get rid of old surf gear.

Refer to map below for where you can set up, and please bring an old blanket to set your used surf goods upon, a chair, and bargain away!


Vendors come to the Surf Swap to sell their samples, so it is also a great time to find deals on new �surf� clothing and gear. In the past we have had Volcom, RVCA, Element, Lost, Obey, and many more participate. There will be live music from local bands, food and drink- we look forward to seeing you there!
